
A solution for every situation
According to DIN 1986-100: “Lifting stations must be installed downstream of separator systems. If this is not possible in exceptional cases, pumping devices should be used that do not adversely affect the separation process, e.g. peristaltic or Progressiv Cavity Pumps.” KESSEL offers special lifting stations designed specifically for this application.
These gently convey grease wastewater. This prevents the formation of stable emulsions and does not hinder the separation process in the downstream grease separator. KESSEL special lifting stations can be used in suction or pressure mode. In combination with customisable collection tanks, this results in a wide variety of application possibilities. This opens up new design options for the specialist planner. Depending on requirements, single (Mono) or double (Duo) lifting stations can be installed, as shown in the product examples below.
