Grease separator for free-standing installation
The easiest way to choose a grease separator is to consider its intended use and the disposal variant. The range includes variants from odour-reduced to odourless models. In the pump-assisted variants, the pump helps the disposal vehicle with disposal.

Direct version
The EasyClean free Direct is fitted with a direct disposal pipe to which a permanently installed disposal pipe can be connected. This pipe allows the tank to be emptied very easily using the disposal vehicle’s pump, without the need to open it. Cleaning and rinsing should preferably be carried out using warm water via the maintenance access points.

Mix version
The EasyClean free Mix features direct disposal and a Shredder-Mix-System for circulating and homogenising the contents of the tank. Disposal takes place with the tank closed, via permanently installed pipes, using the disposal vehicle’s pump, which is connected to the outside of the building.

Auto Mix version
It’s all in the mix. The EasyClean free AutoMix is a grease separator with direct disposal, a Shredder-Mix-System for circulating and homogenising the contents of the tank, and a control unit for the central control of the Shredder-Mix-System and refill inlet. Disposal takes place with the tank closed via permanently installed pipes using the disposal vehicle’s pump, which is connected to the outside of the building.

Mix & Pump version
The EasyClean free Mix & Pump has a lot to offer: a pump for disposal and flushing, a Shredder-Mix-System for circulating and homogenising the contents of the container, a control unit for running the programme, and a direct disposal pipe. Disposal takes place with the tank closed, using the pump via permanently installed pipes into the disposal trolley.

Auto Mix & Pump version
It doesn’t get any better than this. The EasyClean free Auto Mix & Pump grease separator has it all: a programme-controlled, fully automatic disposal and flushing system, a Shredder-Mix-System, a disposal pump, a direct disposal pipe and a control unit. Disposal takes place via permanently installed pipes into the collection vehicle whilst the tank is closed. The system’s own pump is used if the disposal pipe is so long that the suction pump of the disposal trolley is insufficient. The Shredder-Mix-System serves to circulate and homogenise the tank contents for trouble-free disposal. In addition, the control unit features a legionella flush.
