Grease separator for underground installation

The easiest way to choose a grease separator is to consider its intended use and the disposal variant. The range includes variants from odour-reduced to odourless variants. In the pump-assisted variants, the pump helps the disposal vehicle with disposal.

Special considerations for underground installation

The following criteria must also be taken into account for underground grease separators:

  • The exact inlet depth is required for planning
  • Groundwater level
  • Load transfer from adjacent buildings
  • Load class of the cover: Class B (12.5 t) for cars and Class D (up to 40 t) for fire engines and lorries. For Class D, a load distribution plate must be provided on site.

An overview of our grease separators

EasyClean ground Standard Grease Separator

The EasyClean groundStandard grease separator is the basic model in the EasyClean ground range. To empty and clean the grease separator, the odour-tight lids must be opened. The grease separator is emptied and rinsed manually. It is best to clean it using warm water via the maintenance openings.

EasyClean ground Direct grease separator

The EasyClean ground Direct grease separator is fitted with a direct disposal pipe to which a permanently installed disposal pipe can be connected. This pipe allows the tank to be emptied very easily using the pump on the disposal vehicle, without the need to open it. Cleaning and rinsing should preferably be carried out using warm water via the maintenance access points.

EasyClean ground Auto Mix Grease Separator

It’s all in the mix. The EasyClean ground Auto Mix grease separator is a grease separator with direct disposal, a Shredder-Mix-System for circulating and homogenising the contents of the tank, and a control unit for the central control of the Shredder-Mix-System and refill inlet. Disposal takes place with the tank closed via permanently installed pipes using the disposal vehicle’s pump, which is connected to the outside of the building.

EasyClean ground Auto Mix & Pump Grease Separator

It doesn’t get any better than this. The EasyClean ground Auto Mix & Pump grease separator has it all: a programme-controlled, fully automatic disposal and flushing system, a Shredder-Mix-System, a disposal pump, a direct disposal pipe and a control unit. Disposal takes place with the tank closed via permanently installed pipes into the disposal vehicle. The system’s own pump is used if the disposal pipe is so long that the suction pump of the disposal vehicle is insufficient. The Shredder-Mix-System serves to circulate and homogenise the tank contents to ensure trouble-free disposal.

EasyClean ground Multi grease separator

With this complete solution, only a single chamber is required, shared by the grease separator, sampling chamber and lifting station: the EasyClean ground Multi is the convenient combination for underground installation. The advantage of this is that the entire system can be planned and installed as a single unit. This approach, combined with the system design featuring just a single chamber, saves not only time and effort but also costs.
