Separator technology
The Asam Schlössl was originally built in 1687 and later converted into an artist’s residence. After it was completely destroyed in World War II and rebuilt in 1957, the Augustiner Brewery acquired the listed building. In the meantime, a cosy restaurant has been created in the newly renovated premises, where you can indulge in culinary delights. Due to complicated conditions of the ground outside, with stratified water and high groundwater issues, the planning of the separator had to be moved at short notice into the narrow spaces of the building’s cellar.
