In the heart of the Rhone Valley, the Golf Club de Sion celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020 with the comprehensive renovation of its clubhouse. A particular highlight is the newly opened ‘Bistro du Golf’ with modern cuisine and seating for up to 120 guests. A KESSEL EasyClean free NS 7 grease separator was installed to ensure the safe disposal of fatty kitchen waste water – above ground, space-saving and easily accessible. Together with the engineering firm SIGMA SA, the architectural firm Suter et Sauthier and the installer Bornet Frères, the solution was optimally adapted to the structural conditions. The curved design of the separator allows for easy installation even in confined spaces. Thanks to the integrated SonicControl sensor, temperature and grease layer are automatically monitored – for predictable, efficient maintenance cycles. Reliable drainage was also required in the sanitary area. Due to the distance to the sewer system and the different levels, a KESSEL Aqualift XL pumping station with a double pump system was installed. Despite delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the installation was completed successfully and on schedule thanks to close cooperation between all partners.
