Our Code of Conduct
Responsibility, fairness and acting in accordance with the rules are integral parts of our corporate culture at KESSEL. For us, compliance means consistently adhering to legal provisions, regulatory requirements and our internal guidelines and standards. At the same time, it is about treating one another with respect and transparency – towards employees, customers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Our ‘Code of Conduct’ provides a binding framework for this. It sets out the key principles for responsible behaviour and helps us to act correctly and confidently in our day-to-day work.
