The KESSEL EasyCollect food waste disposal station is designed for the hygienic and efficient grinding of food waste and kitchen waste in commercial kitchens. The centrifugal grinding unit, with its powerful 2.2 kW motor, reliably grinds the food waste. This is then conveyed to the KESSEL collection tank by the integrated feed pump. The automatic, adjustable process water supply optimally supports the grinding and conveying process. For maximum operational safety, the disposal station is equipped with a mechanical safety and locking mechanism. The lid with integrated seal forms a reliable hygiene barrier. The EasyCollect disposal station also features a collection tank fill level indicator at 80% and 100% (in combination with a fill level sensor – item no. 97051). When the tank is full (100%), the disposal station stops automatically to ensure safe and trouble-free operation. A release key for the grinding unit is included in the scope of delivery.
