    The collection tank, made from durable PE and housed within a twin walled re-enforced pipe for the storage of food waste, is suitable for underground installation and for use in areas at risk of groundwater contamination, and contains no metal components. Access for cleaning and maintenance work is possible via inspection hatches. A direct discharge connection is provided for odour-free manual disposal. In addition, the food waste collection tank features a rounded base for quick and clean disposal. For disposal cycles longer than 2 weeks, we also recommend a homogenisation pump for continuous circulation of the food waste to prevent build-up in the tank and ensure easy disposal. For load class D, a load distribution plate must be installed on site. The reinforcement plans form part of the EBA and are available from KESSEL. The tank is groundwater-resistant up to ground level (GOK). 20-year warranty on the PE material.
