The Practicus polymer floor/roof drain is designed for point drainage and is fitted with a pressure sealing flange, a removable odour trap, a lip seal and a temporary protective cover. Includes a vertically adjustable, height-adjustable upper section made of polymer. The drain meets specific sound insulation requirements as measured by the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart. The pressure sealing flange is suitable for use with standard waterproofing layers in accordance with the installation instructions, as well as flame-applied bituminous membranes. For watertight waterproofing layers, only waterproofing sheets tested by the manufacturer may be used.
