Briefing on / commissioning of the backwater pumping station Pumpfix F in a chamber Scope of services: - Inspection according to the inspection card - Briefing on the functionality of the system - Explanation of the monthly inspection by the owner-operator - Information on the maintenance obligation for the owner-operator - Concluding an optional maintenance contract with the client (regular maintenance is a prerequisite for the warranty and insurance cover) - Fixing the control unit to the wall - Installing the electrical components on the system - Routing the electrical cables through the cable duct to the control unit and connecting them (max. cable length 15 m) - System must be handed over in a safe operational state Requirements on site: - Contact person must be on site - Access to the system and control unit - A hose water connection must be provided nearby - Wastewater discharge is connected - The backwater valve must be clean - Inlet pipes must be flushed - System components, small parts and the operating instructions must be available in full on site - Permanently installed socket on the wall, usually a socket next to the control unit, max. 2 m away from the cable duct opening - Cable duct with high tensile strength Chamber systems: - In the case of service work on chamber systems, according to BGV C5 § 34, BGR 236, the clearance measurements of sewer gases, the use of fall protection and for safety reasons an additional safety attendant are required. - The safety attendant must be provided by the customer and must be present for the entire duration of the commissioning. Note: - The stated price is a net price and therefore not eligible for a discount. - Backwater valves must be serviced every six months by a specialist company in accordance with DIN 1986-3 - Flat commissioning rate includes a maximum of 1.5 installation hours on site - Any additional incidental expenses are charged based on the expenses incurred - From the commissioning to the execution of the service, a processing time of 10 working days should be expected
