In the middle of Brussels, the energy-efficient Iris Tower shapes the new cityscape of the modern metropolis. The eye-catching office building with 33 floors and a height of 137 m is located near the North Station. It has the shape of a 28 m wide and 69 m long ellipse and was named after the region’s landmark – the iris. A customised solution from KESSEL with a grease separator and lifting station is used for the reliable treatment and discharge of wastewater from the restaurant’s kitchen on the 15th floor.
