Tested & certified
Every product that leaves our factory is put through its paces before it's delivered. Alongside continuous quality assurance, environmental protection, energy efficiency and health and safety at work are especially important to us – both in production and during the operation of our products at the customer’s location. With consistent lean management, we streamline our processes, deploy resources in a targeted manner and optimally exploit sources of potential for improvement. Our integrated management system is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. In addition to the ongoing internal tests during the production process, as a company, we also subject ourselves to voluntary external testing, for example, by TÜV Rheinland.
Durable & easy to handle
Our drainage solutions are mainly made of polymer, which has many characteristic advantages. This material is load-bearing, corrosion-free and energy-efficient to process. It is also a very durable material. As we opt for first-class material quality in our production, we provide a 20-year guarantee for our plastic tanks. We also go far beyond the market’s standard requirements in other areas, for example, in relation to wall thicknesses or tightness. By applying the poka-yoke method, we work continuously on preventing errors in our production processes. To this end, we design our workflows and products to be so self-explanatory that it is virtually impossible to do anything wrong when handling them. We continue this idea through to the installation site: KESSEL products can be installed and maintained quickly, easily and mostly without tools.
Intelligent & forward looking
With products such as the Staufix, we have established real drainage technology classics. Yet this is not a reason for us to rest on our laurels. We therefore consistently continue to develop all our products, starting with polymer coated screws and threaded inserts through to innovative features such as switchgear with an intelligent self-diagnostic system. By integrating NFC chips for fast and secure Data exchange or Phoenix connectors for the simplest possible installation, we not only ensure our products’ connectability but also that they keep pace with technological progress. The purchase of a KESSEL product is therefore always an investment in the future too.
